Pangea Aerospace is developing the most efficient and modern rocket technologies (engine and recovery system) to tackle the challenges of a transforming space industry. ClearSpace is a a ground-breaking initiative based at EPFL in Lausanne to clear up Space debris and build-up technologies and services for the future of sustainability in Space. Catalonia Prize Winner: The Government of Catalonia, within the Catalonia NewSpace Strategy, sponsors the "Catalonia Prize" awarding the company deemed to potentially contribute the most to the development of the Catalan space industry. A total of 10 companies, 7 Catalan and 3 international, have applied for the “Catalonia Prize”, and had to present a business development plan linked to the possible relocation of the headquarters or the creation of a work center in Catalonia. After a difficult selection, the company Sateliot was chosen as the winner of the “Catalonia Prize”. Sateliot is the first satellite telecom operator for global continuous IoT connectivity under 5G protocol. The award consists of a personal assistant that Sateliot can use to improve its position in the market, to facilitate its access to private and public funding programs, infrastructure and knowledge of the Catalan ecosystem. In addition, the company will be rewarded with services provided by program members valued at € 20,000.
